（贸易性行业）Exclusively Foreign-owned Enterprise (Trade)
一、办理外商独资企业需要提供的文件：Documents required
1、公司注册证书复印件（外国公司要中国驻当地的大使馆、领事馆或当地律师行对该证书的认证原件;如香港公司可提交公司注册证书原件）、资信证明（由外方所开帐户银行出具）、执行董事身份证明（护照等）。Copy of company registration certificate (original certification by embassy or consulate of China or local law firm on such certificate is required for foreign companies; the Hong Kong companies may submit the original of registration certificate), credit certification (issued by bank), ID (passport) of executive director. 
2、场地证明：租赁合同、产权证明。Certificate of business place: lease contract and certificate of property title.
3、其它：可行性报告、申请书、大一寸彩照8张。Other: feasibility study report, application form, 8×1″color photos.

二、办理时间Time：约80个工作日 about 80 working days.

三、费用：RMB28,000。此费用已包含我司的服务费以及外经委批文、中国商务部批文。政府查册费、刻章费、国地税证费、代码证费等政府部门收费。This fee covers the service fee for our company and government charges for approval from foreign economic and trade commission, A special documents from the center government, government search, seals, national and local tax registration certificates and organization code.

四、成立后的文件：
1、营业执照、企业法人代码证、国/地税务登记证、外经委批文、外商投资批准证书、公章、财务章、法人章。Documents after incorporation: business license, corporate legal person code certificate, national/local tax registration certificate, approval from foreign economic and trade commission, company seal, financial seal and legal representative seal.
2、进出口企业批准证书：Certificate of Approval for enterprises with foreign trade rights.

五：REMARK：
1、领取营业执照时，工商局需要缴纳注册登记费，其计算方式为：注册资本×0.8‰，20万美元×0.8‰=160美元。In receiving the business license, the registration fee will be charged by the administration for industry and commerce, calculated Registered Capital×0.8‰. For example, registered capital USD200,000×0.8‰= USD160.
2、如香港公司，需到香港司法部认可的律师行对公司的注册证书进行认证，费用为HKD6,500；If it is Hong Kong Limited, the license must be certificated by Hong Kong’s barristers, they will charge around HKD6,500.

六: 后续服务：
1、待资本金注入后验资； 2、变更公司营业执照； 3、变更组织代码证；4、变更国、地税证
以上三项服务合计收费人民币2000元整（因注册资本不同，所以不含验资报告费用），办理时间为投资方注册资本到帐后15个工作日内。
